ACE uses the best practices in child welfare that are recognised by British Athletics. All coaches are licensed and subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Police Records Check.
As part of this policy we are required to keep Parent/Carer consent forms for any young athlete who trains at the Academy. These forms will include emergency contact information and any special medical information that may prove useful.
